Speaker 1:

There you go.

Speaker 2:

How'd I end up? How'd I end up right here, all in her stratosphere?

Speaker 1:

Hey Miss, let me ask you this man, when you, after you had your conversations with wife, especially, most definitely like on the recent ones man, do you feel like you get to see in immediate change, and how long does that change? Last Now, I was going to say that next I definitely see in immediate change, like Just, for example, even the way she hugged me. It's kind of like I'm sorry, I don't want to lose you. You know what I'm saying. Sorry he mad at me. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

I can't take it when you're mad at me.

Speaker 1:

I can't Now now now how long it last. I hadn't kept track, because that's not what we do. You know what I mean. However, just off the top of my head, I will say, like not as long. Not as long as I would like like, of course, in the perfect world, I would like to never have to have this conversation again.

Speaker 2:

Right, right, that's just ain't how I work.

Speaker 1:

You know what I mean. They ain't a dig at her. That's just how they should go. You know what I mean. We're going to have to have some, like you say, man conversations of realignment. Realignment, I'm saying, and they just hurt as me too. Some shit I need to be aligned on. If I'm, I don't want you walking around here Moping and salking and shit, because I'm not doing something that you expected for me, for me to do and I don't know. Right, right, I don't fucking know. Talk to me. What do you need more of? Would you like me to take more initiative on? Talk to me, I'm here to do the best I can to make your life as enjoyable as it can be. I'm trying to make you do. You know what I'm saying. So, but yeah, definitely from that conversation, though it's, it's still going. What was that fucking Like? It'll be week tomorrow. I think it was a. So you know it's still going. She needed to come up off that ass too.

Speaker 2:

Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. I bought that, Like I don't get off that ass.

Speaker 1:

I get fuck of it. Now I'm 30.

Speaker 2:

Let's go, yeah yeah, mine is about 10.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, mine is like hey, man, some of that Some of them buns is mandatory. Mm, hmm, some of them buns is mandatory. The work I'm putting in overall lives for the buns yes, it is for the buns. I won't sit here in line and just say, hey man, I'm taking care of home, just because I love you, like that's a part of the deal. Of course I love you, I'm in love with you. However, providing gives me a certain satisfaction.

Speaker 2:

OK, it gives you a certain satisfaction.

Speaker 1:

So, we need.

Speaker 1:

We need to be needed for sure, need to be sure and help the balance of I need to be needed and I want to be wanted and I want to be like. Yeah, I want to be like. I say this real quick and this was just last night. She see, she'll do a lot during the evening. That's how I end up busting my fucking head because I was watching Swamp Kings. We got a touch on that real quick. While we talk, I'm going to touch on sports. You hit the Swamp Kings. No, you got to get me hit. It's going to pop up when you phone this evening.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you'll be talking about it.

Speaker 1:

The Urban Mire. Urban Mire area with the Florida Gators was 2005 to 2010. Tim Tebow era, you know, right before Cam got into Cam, Newton got in trouble and ended up transferring over to so Auburn yeah.

Speaker 1:

Dope documentary apparently not as dope as it could have been, but it's on Netflix. Man, check it out. I'm only. I'm only like two episodes in and like I was fucking into it. She's like I'm literally on the edge of my seat Like wow, now I got mixed feelings about it because I know at some point this is going to lead into when they beat us in 2006. You know Tagging and Troy Smith. You know.

Speaker 1:

Ohio State Representatives that shit going to hurt watching that. But Swamp Kings, check that shit out, man. Either this evening or not. This evening You're going to be busy. Tomorrow I'm going to be. I'm going to be busy eating or getting ass.

Speaker 2:

Swamp, Swamp King. It's going to be swampy when I'm coming.

Speaker 1:

But no, definitely check that out. Man. Urban Mire is an amazing coach and of course he, you know, passed through Ohio State for a few years. Man, since we speak in the sports a little bit and we're speaking of documentaries I got a chance to see a little bit of I was about to get ready to call him Colt McCoy, but he wasn't Colt McCoy man, it's Johnny Manziel.

Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Cleveland Brown when he was speaking about a lot of things that he was doing in college, some of the scams and scandals and things like that. Not even scams and scandals. However, if the NCAA knew about this shit and wish they did get wind of it, his guy had a built in reason or excuse. Hmm, now Johnny Manziel is a white boy and I actually posted this a few days ago. I didn't put much contact, but what I did say was give Reggie Bush his fucking Heisman trophy back. Yeah, because A lot of the shit that he was even accused of and him taking what's the point of even taking the goddamn tray he wanted was going to give it to the runner up.

Speaker 1:

Don't make sense, take his picture down in the Heisman hall with the fucking give Reggie Bush his Heisman trophy. This is he's one of the greatest college football players ever, definitely the Let me, let me think for how I say this the greatest college running back Ever. Shout out to Eddie George. That's the list, man. That's. That's going to be another conversation to have with, like a man, let's sit down and think about it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm going to say, I'm going to put that out there now, the greatest college football running back ever at USC Number five Bush, bush, bush Bush.

Speaker 2:

Bush Bush.

Speaker 1:

Bush. You know I'm saying Get him at his house and back, because all the shit Johnny was doing and confessing, and confessing, regardless of it being years later or not, ain't nobody coming to knock on the door for his Heisman. And they wouldn't did it back then. And we know why. Yeah, it was. Definitely would have been a hey, buddy, don't do that shit again, get ready his shit.

Speaker 1:

Now he gunning for a red. You've been gunning for four minutes. Been like two years he been campaigning to get his shit back. It's what he was accused of Taking money and getting shit like that man. I'm up and these college players getting paid now? Yeah, it would.

Speaker 1:

They should have been getting paid in the first place. Not a fucking food, car and room and board and a quote unquote free education, y'all making Billions, billions, billions off of these kids. They should have been getting paid. Now, nil, definitely, you know it. The reason why I enjoy College football better than NFL is because I used to always say, man, the kids is hungry, they trying to make it. Now, man, a lot of these kids not all of them, not all of them, and that's the difference.

Speaker 1:

But these kids getting you know the million dollar deals. You know saying endorsements and shit. You know what I mean. See, andrew, andrew Reed, she got her a local. You know Mercedes Benz deal, just from a local dealership. You know what I mean. Yeah, gave her a car, put some bread in her pocket. You know what I mean. And that shit is dope. Not all the players is getting it like that, and that's the difference between now, college and NFL. You know you have players who, hey, man, we'll give you. You know just a little bit. You got players getting endorsement and shit. That should dope Marv Harris Jr getting it. I've seen that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I've seen that CJ. Yeah, man, that's those fucking. Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God.

Speaker 1:

Bees. Hey, we got a. We're going to talk about it, man, when we Matter of fact, we got to touch on that heavy next week because after that weekend and we're going to be college football season be officially.

Speaker 2:

And kick off Officially. We got.

Speaker 1:

USC Notre Dame tomorrow or Saturday and that's going to be a good game. But nigga, oh wait, I'm getting me a new flag with the front of the house, the African American flag going back up, but during the season I'm throwing on how state flag. I ain't even think about doing it like that man rocking out and like some seasonal flag type shit, yeah, you like my Junetee flag and put that up in the summertime and then put up like my sports.

Speaker 2:

I was going to get a cast one.

Speaker 1:

They do great. Yeah, yeah, yeah. All Cleveland sports man Cleveland Monzers will be got whatever, I'm throwing that OH up there though. I'm throwing that shit up there because after the team up north one last season I see a nigga walking his dog with a Michigan sweatshirt on. I'm about to say you dare not to say their name.

Speaker 2:

You called them a team of North North. Where the fuck you come from.

Speaker 1:

I ain't never seen you around here, but you may show you came out and walked your dog with your Michigan sweatshirt on Little bit. Okay, all right, I'll see you this the first time. This the first time In the social media era when Michigan fans get to troll and talk shit. We've been whooping your ass for some time now, for.

Speaker 1:

Ian, I'm about to be 32 years old in a few days. Since I've cared about watching football and following Ohio State, we've been whooping your ass. This year, all right, thanksgiving weekend, the national order will be restored. Now let me say this Whether you're rather Michigan, do or don't win this year, you better fucking win this year.

Speaker 2:

Go ahead, get your three. I'm talking about Michigan.

Speaker 1:

Y'all better fucking win this year, because if y'all don't, it's going to be another motherfucking eight to 10 year run. We all ain't getting shit. It's going to be a long time before y'all get another W over our house state. Y'all may be Penn State, y'all may be Wisconsin. Y'all do your thing over there. And I ain't asking for no flag to be planted in the in the in on the M Because we got class over here and we act like we've been here before Because we've been here before, because we've been here before.

Speaker 1:

Ain't nobody planted a motherfucking flag in the middle of y'all field? Y'all bitch asses want to plant a flag in it. Okay, yeah, because y'all like y'all, y'all know what this feel like you don't know what you don't know how to fuck that. You have no idea. Ain't been JT bear got five gold paint, five of them bitches this, players in recent memory, ohio State players who do not know what it feels like To lose to the team up north, mm hmm, and y'all's recent history, y'all taking L's big ones.

Speaker 1:

Who was it? Twenty eleven that got us. I believe it was twenty eleven, eleven. They got us before the end. It was a little minute, I think, before twenty eleven. She didn't get us since like 2000 or 2001. One of them Okay, jt buried, it was the first down, god damn it, it was the first down Ran from us in twenty twenty because that was about to be a motherfucking boat race, if I ever saw one, mm. Hmm, jim Harbaugh ran from Ohio State in twenty twenty. We should have played seven games that season. We made it to the playoff with only six games, six when a lot of games was canceled due to COVID. This is twenty twenty.

Speaker 1:

Harbaugh didn't trouble again. Yeah, burgers and shit, which I think is stupid. However, I don't want him to be suspended because I don't want no fucking excuses. I don't want no fucking excuses. And they said Monday game cooperate with the investigation. He lied, and that's the big part. He lied. He lied to the NCAA, so you know. But hey, just for buying a kid a burger, which, again, I'm not going to be biased at the situation. The shit is stupid because motherfuckers getting fucking millions of dollars. Now they put it through a five. Read it correctly, man, and I ain't up up on the story too much, but it was basically like Is that serious of like you can? Yeah, you can do nothing, can't do nothing. And it was looked at as like he was trying to like a horse in the yeah, a bribe.

Speaker 2:

You know saying shit like that, like this. He's starving. Yeah, like the kid was fucking hungry.

Speaker 1:

I think there's a nigga to covers. You know what? He's going to come and play wide receiver for you, isn't he?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, isn't he, because you got him cheese on that burger.

Speaker 1:

He paid for that shit. You know what I'm saying. But hey, it's stupid. I don't want Jim Harbaugh to be suspended. He going to go to the universe.

Speaker 1:

You know Michigan ended up giving the suspensions because what the NCAA said was hey, don't worry about it, this year, we're going to see our next year. Michigan proposed a four game suspension. Okay, um, don't give me the line. Look at the schedule. First four games of this season For Michigan cakewalks, easy peasy, nothing to it. You know, easy peasy. Nca says, hey, we're going to continue to investigate. They're going to hand down a suspension next year.

Speaker 1:

Now, next season Michigan plays Texas game two. That's a fucking game where you, he won't harbor on the sideline. Yeah, so Michigan goes ahead and say, hey, we're going to submit them ourselves and they put out these three games. My thought is, hey, just so the NCAA take it easy on them next year. Yeah, they have a good argument to say man, we handled it in house and you know, and we didn't make it so like. That should be hurtful enough to us. I don't want no excuses and we all know how about want to go to the end of going to get back in the NFL anyway, yeah, so he may not even be here for a suspension next year. We shall see.

Speaker 1:

However, michigan, I ain't scared to say your name, michigan, michigan fans, bishikens, y'all better, y'all better. Win this year, y'all better win this year, because whether you do or you don't, it's going to be a long time before y'all get another win. Ohio State the gap is closing. What they got is about 10 games, all-time rivalry, about 10. Last time I checked it was eight. We lost two. We're about 10. You know, my math might be a little wrong or the gap is closing. Okay, ohio State is, year in and year out, dominance, wide receiver, university. Shout out to Alabama, to wide receiver university.

Speaker 1:

You know it's a battle between the two, you know, but um, but no man. Oh wait, that's my goddamn team. That's who I'm rocking with. I put them up against anybody. True, we got to win the big game. Should have got it last year, man. The game shouldn't have ended up that close. In the end we had them.

Speaker 2:

We fucking had them.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to let that go. I ain't going to worry about it. But we played Michigan without playing Michigan in the playoff last year. Well, no way they were supposed to lose to TCU. Yeah, and that's the pertinum of purple. Michigan don't know what the fuck to do in the playoff. Y'all don't belong there. Y'all know what the fuck to do. Y'all just lucky to be there, happy. Y'all know what the fuck to do. Y'all ain't no champions at heart. Jj McCarthy, I ain't here to be talking to you know, because you know we had a age now where we had a lot of people who were in the league Age nine, where I feel weird about talking shit about college athletes, shit, even NFL athletes. Now they're younger than us. I ain't here to be talking shit about no kids, yeah for real man.

Speaker 1:

Nigga, you, you, you, you, you at Michigan. So I'm going to talk about shit. Jj McCarthy good luck this season. What kind of quarterback will he be? He probably need to go on and go on and do a do another year after this one, because he got to load it up. Uh, drive class this year.

Speaker 2:

Who coming out?

Speaker 1:

Uh, fucking, I'm terrible at names, man. What's the kid name at USC right now? Kayla Williams, kayla Williams, coming out.

Speaker 2:

The position.

Speaker 1:

Caleb, qb. It's all like QB. You got it's loaded, man. I can't ask me Nigga's name. My bad, my bad. I could call out some numbers Number 13, 11 over the NCAA numbers. Yeah, but no man, it's going to be a loaded up draft, that QB. So, JJ, you might want to stand in another year. You know what I'm saying. If he, if he hopes to go to the NFL. But all in all, uh, fuck Michigan as a state. Well, fucking school, Anna River, Nick, Nick.

Speaker 2:

Anna Lake fuck Lake Michigan.

Speaker 1:

I see all commercials vacation, yeah, man. Now fuck that pure music in my head. So fuck it, fuck that shit, man. So go here, man. So I was, I was, uh, I was thinking about the Cleveland Browns, and I know we was thinking about because we have football season coming up and we, we were doing preseason. We should have talked about them first. I see I seen some of the preseason games, man, and pre football is still football to me.

Speaker 2:

You know, still for all to me.

Speaker 1:

We've been in a sports drought. That for us because you know I'm not a big baseball person I watch it in October but you know, I think for most black people like summertime after the after that final horn go out and the NBA final is kind of like oh shit. They got that shit. What are we going to do now? I don't want to watch CrossFit every day yeah.

Speaker 1:

Watching tennis and shit. You know golf, nascar, when NASCAR are we going on? You know I will sit and watch them. Nascar, though, can't even lie, but it's like a sports drought for real, for real, man, you know what I'm saying. You might catch some. You know some USA basketball, you know. But when the preseason start off, you know Hall of Fame game shut out to the Browns and the Jets this year. Good game, um, I get excited, man, and my birthday around this time at the same time, and school starting back for the kids, that that that better weather coming through last summer, it get real rainy around here. It's rain like a mother fuck.

Speaker 2:

Last rain like a mother.

Speaker 1:

But um, but yeah, when it's football time and I got to get the itch and I ought them, little old ass games they be playing on bit 10 network and ESPN, I'm watching that shit. Yeah, just, I got a itch. Just want to watch Mm. Hmm, just want to watch some ball, you know what I mean. And basketball soon to follow. Man Speaking of speaking of basketball, man Angel Reese, uh, I suppose, is being told, forced or obligated to take online classes due to her stardom. I guess they do, unless you feel like she'd be a distraction and they're like, yeah, you got to take online class, not saying like she's not allowed on campus. She'll say you, so great, you can come, you'll need to be here. She got to take online classes, and which I get it, but let the girl shine. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

I like Angel Reese.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I like Angel Reese Shit. I ain't even watched the men's NCAA championship game. Who won? You can't, I'm not sure, man, but I see this. I watch female basketball. I watched the fuck out that nigga. I watched me and Mika, but then that bitch turned the fuck up when I went LSU. That shit was so hype, dude they ball like a motherfucker, like a motherfucker, both teams.

Speaker 1:

Caitlin Clark shout out to her, but Angel Reese, um Flajade girl with the Afro puff, the little blonde shoes she called too. But yeah sure they got to with Tali, you gotta take online. You gotta take online classes. Man hey, can we stop the show real quick? Not really, but you know what I mean. Shikari Richardson, I think I've seen her on the Internet like she's. She's very nice.

Speaker 2:

She's a nice girl man.

Speaker 1:

Congratulations to you. What was it? Women's 100 meter champion, fastest woman in the world. I think it was 10.65.

Speaker 2:

10. They was 10.65.

Speaker 1:

I think it's 10.8.

Speaker 2:

It was 10.7. You did then. It was under 11 and she ain't back. She better, fastest woman in the world.

Speaker 1:

Congratulations to you, shikari, looking forward to seeing you on the Wheaties box. So, because I like those and you know what I really, really, really like about her was that she don't give a mother fuck about the media because they drag shorty through the mud. When she got caught up with the you know, with the substance in her system, with the substance, with the little you know what I'm saying she lost, her Lost. Her mom needed to decompress a little bit. You know what I'm saying. She made her. She made a choice I was gonna say a mistake on it. She made a choice to go on it a little bit and they sat her down. You know what I mean, and which I felt wasn't fair, because they love bending the rules, michael Phelps. Michael Phelps was able to get out there and get his. You know what I mean. The same way, johnny Mance, they got to keep his goddamn highs. You see how they do this. This is permissing to speak freely, so can I talk my shit?

Speaker 1:

Go ahead, you've been on it, you see the way they treat the black athletes when they have a mishap, but when he's white, the same shit they did with Katelyn Clark Andries, just out there balling. You know what I'm saying Given attitude, given face. And you know what I'm saying. She did the whole the Tony get Tony. Yeah, you know not John Cena, tony, yeah, you started. Y'all get me, y'all get me to started with this shit.

Speaker 2:

So Katelyn Clark can do some shit.

Speaker 1:

And when Angel Reese kind of get that same energy, ah, aggressive, not classy, not so Look at her trying to get the edge. You know what I mean.

Speaker 2:

It's like nah, man, quit doing us like that, get ready, it's fucking.

Speaker 1:

Heisman like Angel Reese to her thing. She card Richardson to shoja this week. She's got a lot of people Richardson to shoja this week. What is what it's really about? And it was another gentleman who actually won the men's. Yeah, he ran like a nine, like point eight seconds Fast and she curried. Now it's means but you know it's bigger. Yeah, you fuck you know, and we can get into the whole another day, Just about you know, do shining on whatever, Whatever. So Stephen A Smith is her.

Speaker 2:

I heard.

Speaker 1:

Stephen A Smith going to be teaming up with up Going to go and skipping them. When you skipped out on any Skip must have probably actually been like difficult to work with. Man skip me talking way too much shit, man. I don't see Shannon, I don't see back and down.

Speaker 2:

No, not at all. Just just, and I'm a fan of that. I mean I use the watch, I used to watch that, and just for sure.

Speaker 1:

But the skip be taken like fucking personal jabs and shit. You remember, I think, like that final straw for real, for real, when they was talking about Tom Brady. You know, skip got a hard on for Tom Brady and skip said something to the effects of your jealous because he has a better career than you, when they got to get glasses off like hold up, bitch Right, they got too soon. I'm in the fucking hall of fame. What the fuck I got to be jealous for before him. I'm a motherfucking time. It ain't even about before or after. You know I'm saying shit. What year I don't got drafted in 94, 95.

Speaker 2:

Let me tell you something. What? Let me tell you something.

Speaker 1:

Right now, you see this man right here now.

Speaker 2:

You see this man right here, OK, man all time, all time.

Speaker 1:

Then the buckles one of one of the best tight ends number 84 ever. I grew up in a shack, down in a shack it was. It was 16,000 of us. What no bad 400. Squiffy, what no bathroom. My sister was in here, my grandmother, my grandfather, barney, and you don't want to go to the bathroom, to walk to the school. But you had to walk about nine miles down that road and when you got to the school bus you had to say we love you, we love you, we love you, fuck, skip, no, no, no fuck skip, Not fuck skip, but fuck skip.

Speaker 1:

Y'all know what we mean man. No comfort uncle like that. Keep in mind, this man is entertainment. They need controversy like that, they need a level of controversy. But when you taking jabs like put a little jab.

Speaker 1:

you know, say even after we keep it up, keep it on the table. Skip went off the table way too fucking much. What the fuck you taking personal jabs? You are talking about time. Brady Graven is always want to shit on Brian. Yeah, I'm about to say Always want to show him I was a brand is, isn't still a brand fan right along with myself, Me right along with myself, me three. I have no disrespect to the great MJ Michael Jordan at all. However, I grew up in the era of Lebanon James.

Speaker 1:

Oh let me say something real quick about about the Michael Jordan LeBron James debate. It seems that Michael Jordan fans which I also consider myself a Michael Jordan fan OK, I used to think he actually sung. I believe I could fly him. Our killer was both bald head chocolate niggas. Hey, my bad, you was a kid.

Speaker 2:

I was only like let's forgive you.

Speaker 1:

But why do we need to shit on Brian To big up Mike? Because I don't. I don't need to do that, not at all. I don't need to shit on Mike and I will not shit on Mike to big up Brian. I'm just big up Brown when it's big up brown time. I'm a big up Mike when it's big up Mike time. Why do one need to be greater than the other, like? Why do we even need to compare Greatness over here, greatness over there, brian? Hey man, we going on year 21. And I don't even sound realistic.

Speaker 2:

That doesn't even sound realistic for an athlete.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, after about year seven. Oh, you won't this. Down here it seemed like he hit a whole nother gear. Yeah, for sure he hit a whole nother IQ gear, for sure For sure, facilitating. But Don't even want to go too deep into the MJ Brown shit man. But all I know is man, Mike fans, I got to stop shitting on Brian just to big up Mike. That ain't no, that ain't no. Manly mask on shit to do. We ain't got to put down another man to big up another one.

Speaker 1:

Not at all, I ain't got to put down another man to try and big up myself and make myself feel better. I damn sure ain't about to do it for somebody else. So, as a LeBron fan and in my opinion, brian, he is the greatest of all time, but Mike is the greatest of all time too, and as many others like Kobe, yeah, I feel like many people can wear the moniker of greatest of all time because time ain't stopped yet. Yeah, right, and in different eras.

Speaker 1:

So I'll say this man, Magic Johnson, is probably one of my favorite basketball players, arguably.

Speaker 2:

He is a showtime baby. Come on, carl. No, you ain't nothing so well.

Speaker 1:

Basketball junkie All he wanted to do was ball.

Speaker 2:

All he wanted to do was ball baby.

Speaker 1:

All he wanted to do was get out there.

Speaker 2:

Oh, those rocks, that's it.

Speaker 1:

That's all he wanted to do and he, his game and his electricity for the sport and all that man really started taking the NBA to another level. Man is where you, where the showmanship comes from, where the eight of the year you had your Pete Merrill, which you know, passing game and everybody playing that point guard position. But Magic really redefined that point guard. Yeah, sure, and to me, like I said, five. If you want to start arguing stats of why this person is the greatest, whatever, like I mean, you got five championships, you got this, you got that. Yeah, facilitator of the team, he can play one through five. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

But I argue him would not even on the level of Jordan. I argue him on just sort of player, player, playmanship of a LeBron of, like he gonna get everybody involved and make everybody dangerous because the nigga can. Just, he's so dangerous, they so scared that he gonna score and he like show your baby and then drop the dime on your ass for James Worthy to dump on your shit. Man, something else, man, but no, but hey, what do you think about Steven? They teaming up and I suppose it's only gonna be like a segment, couple of days, a week, like.

Speaker 2:

I feel like that's only going to be to test it out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like that's, because once, once they heat happen, you got two black powerhouses on it, on a hot power network. That's just what I heard. Man, I like to see it.

Speaker 2:

I like to see it. I like to see them bone in because they both get.

Speaker 1:

You know they get. They get hot headed on the sport top.

Speaker 2:

Hey, wait, wait, wait, wait, a minute, stop.

Speaker 1:

No, you know you know how they get. Yeah, oh, now wait a minute. Hang on, steven. They look this is here now. Ok, now you ain't about to be up here. They told me about the Nick. The next ain't been nothing. They ain't been nothing since the 70s. You was there, you was a kid. Your headline was still up here last time they won the player. You know garbage.

Speaker 2:

You heard me, they are garbage. The New York Knicks entire organization is garbage. You should be ashamed. None of these guys should wear Timberlands man. None of it and never. Zion Williams is looks like precious. He's like you mean he's supposed to be the king of New York, either, debbie King the Debbie King.

Speaker 1:

Debbie, you ain't saying, man, I'm excited to see it. Though, I'm excited to see it, man, for sure, I'm excited for sports, just period, I'm excited, I'm bringing back.

Speaker 1:

I'm bringing back. Oh wait, big thing. Oh, go ahead, no. So I was going to say, man, tell me this. Man, I know we, we die hard sports fans, man. So give me who do you have to take it in the Super Bowl, this shirt for the football. Let me write some shit down real quick. Ok, it's all right. All right, it's easy to just say Kansas City. All right, patrick, my home's is the new goat, all right. Did you watch quarterback on Netflix? I think so. Netflix is putting out some good football shit right now, that Johnny Mansell shit, which is really God bless you, johnny. I see what he said in the end was kind of like man, my man thought about taking his life, like that's why you know, but untold, and Netflix is putting out some good shit. Check out quarterback On Netflix. And of course, we touched on Swamp Kings, seeing Patrick my home. In that documentary you get to see some of his life, get to see, get to see Mike the more than you will see him. Just a regular game.

Speaker 2:

That dude is dangerous.

Speaker 1:

Hmm, that dude Is. If I was going to say Michael Big, but I'm going to say Russell Wilson, if Russell Wilson and Peyton Manning had a baby.

Speaker 1:

No, they all they four heads would still look like you, all of them, them four, and the way he's scrambled and extend plays and that makes it hard on a secondary man. When you got it, I got it, just to figure out. Now I got it the thing you want to do. I can't. I can't move from my defender you know what I'm saying or scrambling into the secondary, you to make it into the second year, for sure it's like I got to.

Speaker 1:

I got to lock you down for about Five seconds but because your quarterback can move and get out the way, nigga throwing the ball under his leg behind the back, you out there doing that shit after doing magic Johnson, shit, you weren't. That's the message, johnson. You got to see it. You got to see when the dream team, doc and magic, did that shit. It was to my mother's practice and he said yeah, I came down on my mic, got it what you gonna do.

Speaker 2:

Come on, charles, what you got, oh, and then I come down.

Speaker 1:

He got to see that I got to show you Lou what's our dude name, and Lou fucking Nah shit. Anyway, who do? I got the one super ball. You got the Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow, is it your time? You made it to one. You made it. You played a good game Early in your career, Early early, early in your career. Is it your time? You can't have this conversation without talking about the Kansas City Chiefs right now. Travis Kelsey, Patrick Mahomes Probably, when it's all said and done, man greatest QB tight end duo ever, I mean.

Speaker 1:

Tom and Gronk Ain't greater than them yet, but it's, it's looking real. You know Elway and Shannon, and Shannon, they got, they got one, they got one. You know rivers and Antonio Gates they ain't getting none, they get none. It's great combo.

Speaker 2:

It was great as combo Don't get me wrong I was going to say great combo, you know.

Speaker 1:

But, and it's only, it's only been a few, a select few great tight ends who had hands like those Antonio Gates, rob Gronkowski, patrick Mahomes, shannon Sharp who could go out there and make some big plays for you. You know, sure handed, they are sure handed Buffalo, all right, josh Allen I'm actually a Josh Allen fan. Yeah, man, do the do this code. Man, do this code. Just got to close out and Let me throw in the honorable. Let me see, I got two AFC teams and all three AFC teams. But who do you had? What's the division? You? Uh, yeah, man, it's gonna be one of those three. Man Shout out to the Browns man, we make it to the playoffs. I be happy we got some development to do. Yeah, yeah yeah.

Speaker 1:

What does it do seem from the two watching it? Preseason games yeah, for sure I do watch any Cleveland Browns for season. Absolutely, it's just about. Yeah, what did you think about it? What did you rate offense defense? You don't want to overreact to the preseason. You know a lot of that is. You know guys out there getting trying to try to win a spot trying to win a fucking job, man, and it's hard.

Speaker 1:

It's hard, man, what they got to get the roster down to 53. 53, you know what I'm saying? 53 man roster, I think, by like the third or the fourth preseason game. If it ain't even four preseason games, I don't know, it's four. I thought it was only three this year. Yeah, as a matter of fact, it is three, but we played in the Hall of Fame game, so that made it four for the Browns and Jets. Yeah, so it is only three preseason games now because they got an extra game this season. You got 17 games now for the last. Well, like three years, this is like the third season of 17 games. So, yeah, three preseason games, but because the Browns and the Jets played in the Hall of Fame game, that's like a bonus little preseason game. The Browns did a great job, a great fantastic job drafting this year. That's center. Okay, I'm terrible at names. I apologize for even speakers. The offensive line is looking good. Now we've only seen a glimpse of the Sean Watson, who's been out two years now.

Speaker 1:

Last year don't count like last year. Yo, what do we expect? You know what I'm saying? He's looking good and we've seen none of Nick Chubb yet we don't even fucking have. Yeah, we don't need arguably they were stating that over the last couple of seasons man, it's probably the best running back in their lead, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Aficionate to the motherfucker, averaging over five yards for his career, which is crazy. You know, right now he has half as many yards as Jim Brown. I ain't, nobody said nothing, but Nick Chubb has half as many yards as Jim Brown. Okay, and I believe, uh, I believe, nick Chubb will be 27 this year. We get Italian on his age. I would say that's still fresh. Yeah, still fresh Still fresh Now the running back position is being disrespected.

Speaker 1:

We'll talk about that a little later. Your motherfuckers, I understand the business, but hey, I get into another time Making it a past happy lead for sure. I'm excited about this season with the Browns. I believe we will make the playoffs Wildcard. You know, and I'm scarred as a Browns fan man. You know what I'm saying. I'm scarred, you know, um, when I'm go, when I go through the schedule and I'm like, oh, that's a win, that's a win, that's a L, just because dem niggas gonna drop one, like I'm scarred in that way, like you know what, they should win this one. But watch, they fuck around and you know I'm gonna put a L there. I'll say the Browns, on average to me, man, give away at least three to four games every season, yeah, and the record can be, and it can be a, you know 10 games, 10 games, even 13.

Speaker 1:

Once these it was like man they gave that way it came. It had come down to field goal, touchdowns, something short short yardage and they just bat, play ball 2007. We finished the season 10 and six it could have been like 13 13 and three. It was three games. I was on the Cardinals and a push out Kellen Winslow Jr. A miss field goal. I believe it hit the uprights against the Oakland Raiders. Oh, I'm sorry, y'all don't know who the Oakland Raiders are.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, they don't know.

Speaker 1:

That's in the 1900s. And one more man like a bad call, but I'm in Arizona, oakland, and maybe one against the bank. No, we swept the bangles that year. I don't really know, man, but what have been one of them seasons, man, you know? And we did not make the playoffs that year at 10 and six. Didn't Jacksonville make the playoffs at fucking eight and nine, or some goofy ass shit. What's that? Nfc?

Speaker 1:

now A losing record, jackson. Yes, either way, these niggas had a losing record and got in, and got in just based off of what it takes to be a playoff team now. So run that down to me, man, because since COVID man, I'm real blurred on a lot of the new rules and things that's come out, man. So what does it take to make it to the playoffs now? Well, pretty much what it comes down to like. Okay, I'm going to compare it to college. We know in college, man, you lose two games, you can forget it, and there ain't no drag, there ain't no tanks Get out there and win, you lose two games. Man, you ain't no playoff for you. You lose one. It's like, ah, you pretty much got to go undefeated. You know, we see what happened with Ohio State last year. Ohio State would not have made the playoff if Alabama had won their last game. They would have put Alabama in that last spot.

Speaker 1:

Now in the NFL, if in your division you got a lot of winning going on Say if you got, you know, a one or two loss team in your division you know it's going to be pretty tough to make the playoff because team teams is winning, nobody's necessarily dominating. But if I got a team that's 12 and 12 and 5, you know what I mean 11 and 6, nobody's necessarily dominating. It is possible that a team with A 500 record or in this case the Jacksonville Jaguars, who I believe was fucking eight and nine last year probably could make the playoff, just based off how much losing is going on in that particular conference. You know what I mean. Ok, so it's just the luck of the job Now, something like that not going to happen every year. But it happened and Jacksonville snuck in there and actually won. Remember they came back. They was down crazy against. Was it the Chargers? I believe it was. The Chargers came back and won. But you know it take a lot.

Speaker 1:

Now in the AFC North, which, if you ask me as a whole over the last 20 years, probably the toughest division in football, you know, arguably, yeah, if you wanted, you want to make the play, you got, you got to win, you got to win. Ain't going to be no 500 record, you know. You see the Browns couldn't even get in at 10 and 6. No playoff we needed, we needed, we needed the Colts to win that year. Payton Manning didn't play, they already was locked up in the playoff spot. We needed the Colts to win. Payton Manning didn't play that game. He came in for like two plays just to get over 5,000 yards on the season.

Speaker 1:

I remember they came in like through a 13 yard pass. I mean I'm out, get this shit off me, give me a headset. You know I'm coaching the next guy. Yeah, man, but. But now, man, it's we in the, we in the thick of it, we in the thick of it. It's here. Football is on the horizon. Man Football show. Favorite sport Boxing. Do you play boxing? I did box, but you don't play box.

Speaker 2:

You know play your game. You know play box.

Speaker 1:

Because I'm always thrown off when you know folks say, like boxing is a sport, golf is a, definitely. No disrespect to these things. It was like a union, union. But a Vane Reims say, off a goose, you play baseball, you don't play box. You know they're definitely athletes, they're definitely athletes, definitely, but this ain't a fucking game. Hey, you would get you like. You would turn around and get your ass straight up. Okay, if I'm, if I'm, if I'm watching TV, but what you doing? I'm watching the game. Rather, it's basketball, baseball, football. Maybe I wouldn't say that for tennis, but boxing though, I'm watching the fight, watching the fight. It's a fight. It's just as exciting, it's just as like. You can tell from the beginning, like oh yeah this is going to be.

Speaker 1:

this is going to be one. Somebody getting their ass beaten. Granted, you get your ass beaten a little bit. All these sports, nigga, you get hit by a baseball, nigga. Picture. Nigga, that arm fucking gone. You know what I'm saying. You didn't thrown 50 pitches. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, I see all niggas, I stay out of painting. Get your ass be. Yeah, you know how football go, nigga.

Speaker 1:

Boxing. Boxing is one of the reasons that I love boxing is one of those. As much as you think it's a solitary sport, it's not. The fighter is out there by himself. Granted, he the one taking them punches. But the work he put in in the gym, but his trainers, them him studying, having that ring IQ of who he fighting, oh, at the same time, being able to give a L and have a certain level of class to yourself, composure at the same time, which is difficult is to get you to take a L and still have that same composure. We get back in the gym like, hey, man, he. After the first couple hits or whatever, the first couple rounds, you can tell like hey, this, this nigga, nice, this person is this, but that's the one you can't blame and you can't say, hey, man, it was a bad pass, it was shared responsibility. It was like, no, that man was just a better man than me today. Yeah, that's all it was. I get back in the gym. Did you see what the Deontay Wilder said about Tyson Fury?

Speaker 2:

Every day to this day, to this day, 400 years. You talking about it? It is they.

Speaker 1:

Deontay say, tyson was hit me with this Hmm, harm of his hair and, like you know, I guess he hopped on his phone, was talking this shit like he was not like making excuses. But you know, and they show like a clip like he had throw a punch and like he wasn't hitting him with the. You know I'm saying in front of the guy he was legit hitting them with one of them. You know I'm saying and that shit got hey. They say, if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying.

Speaker 1:

But after seeing that shit, you know it's got like hey, hey, so is dirty plays in all sports. So, like in boxing, you can get away with a low hit and get away with a rabbit punch. You can get away with, like you said, you getting hit with the palm. You know I'm saying it's just like in football, it's holding on every play. Oh yeah, it's just if it's caught or not. You know I'm saying but the thing about Boxing and or contact sports, like that boxing, mma, things of that nature, man, it's really to draw the punch, is really the punchers. Look, man, you, you just keep swinging. Enough, you gonna, you gonna hit, you can hit something. But some of those fighters like that that are Tyson fury was six four six man maybe 32, 40.

Speaker 1:

if you get hit, would just a Clip of it? Yeah, it can be dangerous, it can be. You know, I'm saying hurtful way about that. I'm saying water man and Tyson fury like cuz. It was an era, you know, a Mayweather.

Speaker 1:

It was the what way classes made with Little niggas like 145, some shit like that with me and mayweather not no more than I'm. I'm big back out here, so you like light head, way Me and mayweather like the same size when I was like in high school. I just think of 585, 9 fighting way 145 150 maybe.

Speaker 1:

But that was the wake letter fast. You know, d'ontae water, tyson friend, what they fought three times now, mm-hmm, they kind of brought that that, that that heavy weight, back to the top of boxing. Yeah, if you ask me, I Don't consider myself like a boxing fan for real.

Speaker 2:

my mother-in-law She'd be you watching the fight who. Who's fighting? Is it mayweather?

Speaker 1:

He don't even try to be them. Mayweather, not pack. Yeah, I know he's Filipino, they don't get me, they don't get you, man. And here he, a Filipino, and money into, like your governor, some shit.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I own babies and shit.

Speaker 1:

He he raw. Maybe he getting policy change. Pay a shot of the pack, yeah. I want to change for this country. Any of you jatters say some shit, psoa. Hey, I wonder what they debate to be like if they debate over there like we need to make sure the things are clean in the city such as soft-spoken dude.

Speaker 2:

We're going to do it for everyone, for the families and I. Peace to our. I want to say for my mother and they, my children.

Speaker 1:

They got the nigga to translate and they don't what he's a. Nigga don't take no shit, you will say something.

Speaker 2:

Many back here I was not killed for the people.

Speaker 1:

What did you say?

Speaker 2:

Why don't you want to assault me? Let's fight six weeks for the mouth right.

Speaker 1:

Beat your ass like man.

Speaker 1:

That ain't fair. Everybody know you don't want you to one, two, three, four and five. Who is your Hour now? I'ma get you hang on, cuz I know what you're gonna say. All-time favorite boxers. Hang on, we gonna go. Errors though there, okay, yeah, so we gonna go, you know, back in the day 60 70s, we gonna bring it up 80. We can break it up in 20 year, all right. So 60, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010.

Speaker 1:

Best boxer, your favorite boxer from the 60s and 70s, air Favorite boxer 60 70s probably had to be like, most definitely in the 70s, had to be sugar rate. Learn, hey, right, had to be sugar, right, had to be. Had, had to be sugar right, just because one my man was you ever seen a sugar rate Leonard fight? I'm not sure. One sugar rate Leonard probably was one of the fastest niggas with the fastest hands. He was Mayweather. Before there was a Mayweather, he was Whoop-choo, but it was him.

Speaker 1:

I want to say Tommy Hearns Can do or not, can, almost heavyweight, but don't make you taking me back. I used to watch this stuff with big Ed. Shout out to big Ed, me RP to him too. But boxing used to be that we would sit there and watch boxing. So in the 70s it was sugar Ray. Then I go to heavyweight's and say like a Almost definitely go Ali, for sure I'll go Ali, not even just because of the status of him, but I'm a little soft on it, man, that's my name too, you know. I'm saying and that's a powerful name and Beyond just what he represented for the sport, what he represented in his culture, what he represented as the people's champion, absolutely, you know. I'm saying no fear, kong ever called me nigga.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that you, you, my president, you the one I want when I want freedom.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm saying but what he stood for. So when I say I go to the 80s man, I'm actually a holyfield fan me to actually a holyfield man. I feel like holyfield is very underrated. I feel like a Natural light heavyweight. But We'll go up weight classes like boxers. Go up weight classes seven pounds, ten pounds, five you don't take much.

Speaker 2:

Nick just need not to eat. I was watching.

Speaker 1:

I forget what I was watching, a clip that just came across my phone. Man, I guess do have to lose, like Naked, two pounds and a dare some shit. You can eat shit, drink shit. You just had to make weight. They was had this nigga sauna fight, sweating like motherfucker. He fucking miserable. Hey, he in the sauna just.

Speaker 2:

Remember what this is for. You want to give up your quitter. Your kids ain't gonna eat nigga if you won't lose his way.

Speaker 1:

They could come out the sauna.

Speaker 2:

Water. That's how you bottle water. That's a pound.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, once you. It's like you almost got a dehydrate to make weight. That's why you went to see them up there. They got the load. They're gonna love a straws, little shit, just like nothing to nigga be ounces. Yeah, you be like me, might as well. Just take off them draws and hold your shit. Nigga you want to make weight like them socks off. But it's one of them like maybe a dehydrate, exhaust themselves and be up there, lean as fuck. But For the fight they'll rehydrate, they'll get like they strength back. You know I'm saying you, you, you weigh in for the fight at 147, but you probably fight at 152, 154, you know I'm saying so daddy, how far?

Speaker 1:

how far is the way in from the fight? Like a couple days, like it can be 18 hours. So niggas like beef up like two more pound, three more pounds, like with your way in is like okay, man, the fight is gonna be within the next day or two. You need to weigh in.

Speaker 1:

Make sure you in, make sure you and wait a lot of times you will people to get penalized like they might let them fight, but if it's a, they may be penalized money or they may be penalized if it's a championship. You are like forfeit your word.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I think that happened to a Adrian Bronner. He was like five pounds overweight, damn, and the loot. Yeah, I was definitely for a fighter, a boxer. He was five pounds overweight and then I want to say that he ended up just losing about decision to the fight anyway. So it just added insult to injury. He ended for fitting in the fighting steel and lost.

Speaker 1:

So it was like me If you're gonna take the bill, I don't want your hit, but it's probably was in a contract. Like you, don't lose, lose, you already lost. So rather, he had one to fight. He would have lost anyway because he came in overweight. So they just fought for the entertainment, they fought for the end of time. He lost. He's still lost the bill. Like he could have at least had the moral win, yeah, or even like the literal win. You won the fight but lost the battle. Yeah, I still got the title, but you beat his ass. How do you feel about that? How the fuck did the announcer announce that? And the winner? Because this nigga didn't make way to you, even though he knocked this nigga the fuck out. Yo, there we go. Yo, there we go.

Speaker 1:

Fuck man, but that's one of them like.

Speaker 2:

I'm still the fucking champ. I'm still the champ. He took my belt because it was a celebration. I could have smoked weed, but I ate.

Speaker 1:

Well, I ate at the corner skin. No, straight up man. I'm a big Holyfield fan too. I remember watching I was a kid, you know with the whole, you know Tyson Holyfield thing. But I remember years later watching Mike talk about Evander Holyfield and Like the reason why he beat him. That was like they second or third fight, right, the second fight, yep, the second, yeah, first fight. He ended up losing and he came back, yeah, wanted to fight again.

Speaker 1:

He didn't even hear, because you know Mike ended up going to prison. He got out. He's like he won his belt back, you know. So Mike is pretty much said like I just got showpitched off. He's such a good fighter. Sorry, mike, he don't like me impersonating him. I might want to do it. He got a podcast too. He can beat our ass.

Speaker 2:

He's right here, fuck this up.

Speaker 1:

He's such a, such a good fighter. I just got so pissed off, you know, I can think of. It was just to bite him, you know, and like the defense, because, mike, who the fuck said this man? Oh, it was Dave Chappelle. He was talking to Angela. Yee, he was like had you ever been to a Mike Tyson fight? It's not exactly an all night event. You got to plan some shit to do after. Like what we doing after this. This is we about to be out of here like 20 minutes.

Speaker 1:

That's just like some Javante Davis type fight.

Speaker 2:

Like it ain't making a distance.

Speaker 1:

So what we do? Okay, they should be fighting about midnight which I want to do 12, 30. Yeah, 12.

Speaker 2:

That's all the intro.

Speaker 1:

all of the welcoming, all that shit. They dragged that shit out in this corner. All that shit total 20 minutes. They in the ring fighting with this three minute round. So around the 32, 36 minutes, yeah, and they probably only go 14. That's a long fucking time. That's the long time for a fight.

Speaker 2:

Shit, that's for 36.

Speaker 1:

40 seconds is a long time. Niggas a fight. This is happening in school.

Speaker 2:

Niggas scrapping for 60 seconds. That's a long time, and they be out of gas.

Speaker 1:

Out of gas after about 20 seconds, 25 seconds.

Speaker 2:

Bitch ass, bitch ass, nigga. Look at that smoke. Bitch ass, bitch ass. It's like nigga. I used to tussle it every fucking day.

Speaker 1:

Right man, but man, I ain't so. Evander Holyfield, holyfield, tommy Herron and I got hip to Tommy Herron just by. I want to say who the hell did he fight? But I was young, I was a young cat watching this shit on like USA. I remember boxing used to come on USA.

Speaker 1:

Damn, I miss TV man just Friday night fights. Y'all know who. I don't know who these niggas is, but they thumping, used to be so something. They thumping and big is to have me watch the boxing with them and he'll be like the heavyweight you or he'd like the main event. You know, you know them he's like, but these undercars, they fighting for something. For sure they fighting for something. But I used to, even to this day, bro, when I watched the undercars, I'm like I don't really know who all these niggas is, but can't none of them lose? They all fighting for something. They try to. They on the under they fighting, they hear, for a reason. They they some kind of quality fighter and there's always some nigga that's underfeated Like fuck, you don't know.

Speaker 1:

29 wins, zero losses. Hell, him from the Philippines. Nine knock out, yeah, he's like. So 29 wins. By the way, he was like in 19 knockouts by the way of his right hand landings. The fuck out all the way from the Philippines. And then, when he wean, they got some translating for him Like he's great.

Speaker 2:

He said that he feels tough, he feels in shape, he felt really loose, he was really mentally clear and he's ready for his next opponent See man.

Speaker 1:

But they got fucked with boxing Straight up. Um well, favorite fighter from the 2000s 2000s See Roy Jones, roy Jones, jr. Roy Jones, roy Jones was the showboat fighter. Yeah, mayweather style Ask, humiliate you and they go in me or then fucking hit you with the left. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

I thought you brought a level of showmanship to it and was like pure, pure at boxing man, um, I love to see Roy Jones fight. And then he filtered into like Mayweather, filtered into like Pacquiao, right, it filtered into uh, I used to like to watch Roberto Durand, I used to like to watch, uh, winky, right, I used to like to watch.

Speaker 2:

I remember Winky.

Speaker 1:

Um, he was a Southpaw, southpaw, yep, yeah. Um, what else is my man name? Uh, you see, some of these fighters do cameos and the Creed movies. Uh, andre Ward. Andre Ward was one of my favorite fighters as well. Another technical type of fighter of if you ever slow down the fights when they get to show you how quickly some of these moves happen or how precise boxing really is of ethon, the jab missing by inches or blocking, and then just just enough, and you get to see like, uh, this fighter no, he fucked up. It's like Dave, even freezing at this moment right here.

Speaker 2:

He knew he fucked up, but catching them.

Speaker 1:

Okay, he's like start laboring his Right now. Boom, come back with the Buddhist. All of that shit happened in three, four seconds. Real quick, you, yeah. And like I'll be thinking like how do they count all this shit? Look like he hit him. Look like he hit him.

Speaker 2:

But it is that leather slous sounding off you like, oh, or you like he hit them, but he he not effectively hitting me blocking with you know all kinds of shit.

Speaker 1:

But, uh, andre Ward was another fighter. Um, like I said, mayweather, of course. Uh, right now, javonte Davis is the nigga. I watched Javonte Davis. It was arrow spins. I still am a fan of arrow spins, but he got exposed by a tennis book, crawford. Wow, what do you do? Well, arrow spins one, Arrow spins one. So I'll tell you this man, wifey and I got a pass. I'm a watching boxer. That's like a thing we'll do. I watched a few fights at your crew. Uh, yeah, we like boxing. He don't last that long.

Speaker 2:

It's not an all night thing. Niggas get laid out real easily.

Speaker 1:

It's an all night thing. Just you know, like you said, man under cars and shit and like when they gonna start. It was like 12, 30. At 9, 30, some niggas you don't know, fighting thumping, then like 1145, the main niggas they asking them questions and they cut they. Yeah, I'm ready to go. Niggas in the back room Shit, right, ha ha Got to stay. Gotta stay smooth man. But uh, javante Davis is who I watch, ariel Spence and Bud Crawford is who I watch. They just recently fought. Bud beat arrow spins as.

Speaker 1:

Oh, that's dude looking like Martin, yeah, yeah, yeah, he to me. From watching previous fights, ariel Spence looked like he was either. Oh, I forgot what they call it, but he was extremely fatigued from cutting weight. At the same time, my nigga was geek. It was allegedly, it was something known. You can look at his eyes and be like this. Nigga took like four, five shots of some shit to calm his nerves. Ain't no way you could see it in his eyes Like he won there. It took too much and it took too much. And Bud Crawford looked like Clever Lane from Rocky three, just like. So what do you hope to give to him tonight?

Speaker 2:

Pain. I don't hate all I know. I pity the food. I'm gonna break them. I'm gonna hurt them real bad. Let them know Don't fuck with me, bitch.

Speaker 1:

But uh, that's who I watch right now. Man, those are some guys that are exciting to me. Javante Davis got a mean ass left hand. Bud Crawford is a is an assassin in the ring of one of them hood niggas that just beat everybody ass, but he just did natural fighters and you can tell from just their back stories and shit. They grew up in neighborhoods where they were just fighting in the neighborhood. It's as white eating up niggas. They're the little cousin that fought all the time and he made it famous by fucking niggas up. So I I'm forgetting another one. It was up, but no, our Hopkins, no, our Hopkins up. My nigga was in jail and prison beating ass. He was just beating everybody ass and prison also might undisputed Wesley Snipes.

Speaker 2:

Ben Rains type.

Speaker 1:

Yes, that was a good ass Moving he beating people ass and when he got out it was like me.

Speaker 2:

He fucking niggas up.

Speaker 1:

anyway, you might as well go ahead and see how this shit work on the on the professional you pay, you pay, and it ended working out for my nigga.

Speaker 2:

I think they were fought all the way he was like some George Foreman type shit like 48 years old.

Speaker 1:

But I heard like, hey, I still fuck you up. Look young, next stop. It's old, strong, my fucking man Old strong. Stanley man man to this day, man, because he was, he fought, he was a boxer, he was in the Navy. And shit man to this day you shake this nigga hand. He just want to throw jam. She's like oh, who playing man? She got there. Why are you so?

Speaker 2:

fucking strong.

Speaker 1:

This nigga play taps. I heard like a motherfucker like man.

Speaker 2:

He hit me again.

Speaker 1:

So the guy got jumped. We got to shoot this nigga. Man Can't hit this nigga with no Joe hand. You need a weapon.

Speaker 2:

Shout out to uncle Stanley man.

Speaker 1:

No, that's solid man, so real quick man moving forward. Something happened. Something happened this week. Fucking school started. How you feel? How you feel? To be honest, man, I actually feel good about it. I feel good. That kind of we mentioned on one of the other shows that our kids are stepping into that middle school, so things are getting like serious for them. Oh, and time management taking more accountability for they were oh yeah, for this fucking cell.

Speaker 1:

You know being set an alarm clock getting up on their own. You know, they in the sixth grade, they in that cusp now of you know you want to be. It's on you, bro. You want to be grown up. Right, this is the entry level portion to being a grown up.

Speaker 2:

It's on you like a?

Speaker 1:

mother. But the healthy part of that is, man, as much as we gripe about the kids having to go to school and shit, it does put me as a grown up, into a routine of myself Like I need to get back disciplined. Yeah, Just due to it's the healthy thing, man, you got homework to do. When you go, I got homework and I say this man shout out to my brother Keontae man, while I was over there hanging out with him, tastee, he, him and his lady was over there hanging out and she had asked me like hey, you know how does it feel to be a grown up doing the things that you're doing?

Speaker 2:

I'm like hold on, Wait a minute, I'm a grown up, I'm a grown up.

Speaker 1:

She like no, I'm grown too because but it, because she is. But it was one of them, a sign of respect.

Speaker 2:

She was like man no, you, you are grown up Like look what you're doing and stuff like you grow.

Speaker 1:

And it just it was funny to me to hear that and kind of say, before a second like.

Speaker 2:

I am an adult, but I'm fucking immature sometimes like the kids man.

Speaker 1:

We, the we, the parents that we used to look out to and we just got to recognize, because, you know, we slight.

Speaker 1:

Nah, I be fucking lying. I was gonna say we slightly different. When we around the kids and we are to an extent, but very much the same, very similar, like we'll censor, yeah, become more poetic with our words, so they like, you know some kids and staying in the child, so yeah, so they get it. But but we are the adults that we used to look up to, thinking that our uncle's in shit was so old, like yeah, they was my back when I was in third grade.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he doing this.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you get to doing some math like hang on.

Speaker 2:

That make it tweaky, nah? Oh Well, I was in school.

Speaker 1:

So when I was in sixth grade, he was like two years older than I am right now.

Speaker 2:

I ain't that old. Fuck that. Hold on, wait a minute. You mean 30, my 35, ain't they 35?

Speaker 1:

Like it's different.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's straight up different, but I'm down for the kids, for the school man. I actually was excited for that. I like getting that routine or having that schedule back in play, even though some days I'm kind of like man, I don't want to get up and do nothing, just like the next person. But I enjoy them. Dad moments, man, it's only school. We've been in a couple couple days, but I'm enjoying setting that tone every morning with him. All right, man, hey, let's get up. Give me hug kids, let's get this together, get that together.

Speaker 2:

routine routine.

Speaker 1:

Well, excuse me, he's going to camp this weekend. He's going to a camp, I think, through the school is like a science kind of camp man. I think that's awesome, I think that's dope, especially our son being the older brother from his younger brother, eight years apart. They don't have much in common right now. So a lot of the extracurricular things that he likes to do with his friends or getting out, we heavily push and promote that man so he can develop more social skills, because he means a social butterfly. When I get to see him interact with his friends or just like when he don't know we watching them around man, he act like me. He got my jokes. They're got the personality kind of like brushing shit off, we can tell like this person is trying to like they're laughing at me. They're not laughing with me, right.

Speaker 2:

Fuck you, you know what I'm saying Get the fuck away from me.

Speaker 1:

So, but I'm getting to see that man and I want to help him nurture that man and help him do that in. Like I said well, cairo, he got. I'm the cute dad at the school so I can't be going up there all the time. Let's be like, nah, I'm gonna take him, I'm picking up, no, carry your ass. Oh, but she's like you know. But I love being able to pick him up and drop him off and see that excitement and even give mom do's a break up with that. Get white shit break on that of. You know, I got it. Man, you can chill me. You know. Let him get comfortable with me in this. You know what I'm saying. Knowing that she does lead on a lot of that, yeah for sure. So anywhere I can come in to offer that relief, I feel like that's always, you know, that's always dope and I feel like is earning some credit towards getting some ass a little later. You can look around the points, man, I actually did the same thing, put the interest on it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I had to go back because he left the bubba Put some interest on it, baby. But I did the same thing with my wife a few weeks ago. Actually, my baby boy been in camp this whole summer. She was taking him primarily until I figured out like, hey, I can take him, we just got to leave a little earlier, I got to work, so I'm dropping off the girls. My baby boy didn't get myself to work, I just taken it off her plate.

Speaker 1:

But not only that, not only taking it off her plate, but also being like hey, he's seven and him and I we need more Five the sun time so I'm manning his routine in the morning. It's kind of backwards because even before I was taking him like I'm taking the girls and then my wife taking the boys. We ain't got to flip it. I take all they ask, but he need to be with me. So we having that time in the car you know talking, he asking questions, listen to the radio around seven 30 on the radio station. We listen to that. They play a little game. They're a little trivia game, so we look forward to that. And he smart, he be getting some of this shit right. Yeah, he knew what he knew, what Glacier's made of ice.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, there was a bird that can't fly, but it can swim.

Speaker 2:

Penguin, it's easy PBS is doing colors of the American flag.

Speaker 1:

We know it's shit but they do whatever. And pressure when your kids know some shit. Or like I didn't even know my baby could do that. Y'all just the coolest thing when I actually experienced this when I was a lot younger, when my little brother learned how to read. Lathan is seven. He just got done with the first grade. He been reading his ass off for like a year now and I'm still here Just read every fucking thing. I have my permission to speak freely. Shut up, I'm like permission mission permission to speak freely what does that mean?

Speaker 1:

They're just reading, just reading, reading, reading everything, and he fucking good Like he read like a, like a word, like, oh, yeah, good job Fucking. God impressed this fucking reading his ass off man. So that's one of the things that had me impressed. I thought you had it with no one, but he got it.

Speaker 1:

I'm excited to see how my girl because my daughter, my three year old man, she loved books, love, love books. Man, I get up in the morning and she's sitting on the couch with a book. She can't read yet, but she's just looking at the, looking at the pictures. I guess making her own story and talking her little shit. She's just she'd love them.

Speaker 2:

Daddy, I got a book, I got a book.

Speaker 1:

One day I wake up. I remember when I watched TV. She say no, Straight like that, Straight like that man I want to read a real shit.

Speaker 1:

So a few days ago, man, I had a little accident. I'm like, I hit my head, I got a boo boo. You have to put that up on social media, let everybody see. I almost took yourself out, fuck myself. Well, man, I had to put three staples in my fucking head, man. So my daughter, the only one who saw this happen my three year old she the only one who saw this happen. So I hit my head hard as a motherfucker man. So I put my hand on my head like, ah, shit, damn, take my hand off my head and my hand is full of blood. I'm like, damn. I look in the mirror. Oh shit, it's leaking. Leaking Shit. Start leaking down my fucking wrestling.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, hit with a steel chair.

Speaker 1:

I was in there with Tyson Fury, so I run downstairs. Hey, hey, they go help her. Finish with her back. Man on my head, please. What happened? Go help her.

Speaker 2:

Got that water running shit? Yeah, I ain't starting to question.

Speaker 1:

I'm down in the kitchen sink man Just putting pressure on my head. It's my fourth time busting my head. I bust my head a lot. It's good it was wrong with me. Now I'm putting pressure on that shit. So my daughter get done. She got a robe on the. She come downstairs.

Speaker 2:

Danny, okay, you okay.

Speaker 1:

So yeah, I'm okay, you hit your head.

Speaker 2:

You got a boo boo. I said yeah, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

I said yeah, you see, now I like I was able to stop from bleeding, I'm like pulling my locks apart. And when I like pull my locks apart to kind of get the hair out of there, my shit like split open. But here, fucking split open, I go to show my daughter, so you want to see? Yeah, show her my head. I kid you not, bro, she go like this oh, oh shit. I said baby, send old shit. Now to what you say.

Speaker 2:

You got it. You got a poo poo with daddy. Your hair hurt.

Speaker 1:

I mean, no man, what you say. Like I ain't even mad because that shit was worth her old shit. My goddamn head split over Bruh. She did the sweetest thing, man. She went and got her little doctor bag. Little Doc McStuffins, oh nigga, she put her little stuff that's going on. She checked my heart. Ain't shit wrong with my heart, baby? My head, my head hurt baby, but go ahead, I don't know your routine. Check my, take my vitals. That's the same shit they did when I got to the emergency room bitch.

Speaker 2:

My daughter did this before I left. We all good.

Speaker 1:

She gave me a little bandaid. I clipped a little bandaid in my hair and shit. You know what I'm saying. And she ain't forget, man, when she saw me the following morning I went to the emergency room. By the time I got back the kid asleep the following morning, she ain't forget. First thing she said to me, daddy, okay.

Speaker 1:

I say, yeah, I'm cool, baby, I'm good, I'm good, I'm cool, baby, I'm cool, I'm cool. Let's go to the stage. Oh, my gosh, she's so. I can't stand it, man, but I love it. I love these kids, man.
